Our services include but are not limited to: integrated computer systems design and architecture; custom software and application development; technology consulting and strategic advisory; cybersecurity assessment and compliance support; cloud infrastructure architecture and migration; API design and system integration; and ongoing technical support and maintenance.
All Services are subject to the terms of a separate written agreement, statement of work, or service contract executed between the Company and the client. The description of Services on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any Service will be detailed in the applicable service agreement.

The Company name, the LaiHeng mark, the laiheng.mom domain name, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.
These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Company Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. We reserve the right to change our fees and pricing at any time. Fee changes will not apply to Services already contracted for under an existing service agreement. For ongoing or subscription-based Services, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice of any fee changes.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 1.5 percent per month, or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower. You agree to reimburse us for all reasonable costs and expenses, including legal fees and collection agency fees, incurred in collecting any overdue amounts.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Peoples Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Kunming, Yunnan Province, China, in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties. The decision and award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice through the Site, by email, or through other reasonable means. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Your continued use of the Site after the posting of any revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
